Account Merging?

Hello, I'm looking into co-players/account merging and there are some things I can't find.
1) Is there a limit to how many people can co-play an account?
2) Can two players be logged in at the same time? I've seen the groups feature since I'm a premium account holder, so I was planning on splitting the groups to where each person would have control over their own account.

Please let me know more information as things aren't really that clear :\

No, there really is not a limit to how many co players you have, but by experience and I am sure that most players will agree that more then 3 players on an account gets crowded.
No two players can not log in at the same time. The groups feature you are speaking of, I think are that you can group your villages such as Nobles, Offensive, Cats, Spear Nuke etc. That does not allow players or co players to split an account.
