Account sit Question

Is it allowed for an account sitter to send troops out and have tribe mate noble the player?

If so that's stupid but asking for a friend who just got done in because of it

From what I have read it isn't legal, does it have to be the account owner who reports it?

If the account is being internalled with permission from the support team (via ticket) then it is perfectly legal for a sitter to have tribe mates noble the account.

If the sitter is purposely sending troops out to do harm to the account then that is illegal, and yes the account owner must report it.
