Broken Link to "Forum Rules"

When I click on the "Forum Rules" link at the top of the page, it takes me to this page-

Forum Rules...?

This takes me to a list of the smilies that can be used here, which isn't really what I was looking for from the rules button...

Yes we lost the rules with the new update, they are still in effect though, just in case anyone gets any ideas
They will be replaced shortly.
