After much anticipation !
World 2 will close to new registrations on December 12th 2011 . At the same time an in-game poll will be mailed to all players voting on whether to reduce coin prices to a 1/2 of their original cost.(must be 70% majority)
When the world has less than 500 players - a further vote to reduce coins to a 1/3 (must be 70% majority) - DONE
When the world has less than 300 players - Morale and Restarts are removed. - DONE
When the world has less than 150 players - a further vote to reduce coin price to a 1/4.(must be 70% majority)
World Ending
When the top 2 tribes have reached 80% dominance, they can vote for a timed ending, provided the world has been closed to new registrations for a minimum of 6 months. The world may end at any time 100% domination is reached.
