Diplomacy settings should be displayed in more places. This information can ONLY be seen now on the your Tribe's Diplomacy page, or partially on the map (via the color dot next to each village).
The applicable diplomacy information should show up when you are:
1) Viewing a Village's information page.
2) Viewing a Tribe's information page.
3) Viewing a Player's information page.
4) Hovering you cursor over a village on the map.
5) Viewing the map (see also Optional settings for map color dots!).
