Proposing to add a button within the in-game forums so that in a specific forum, no one may post any topics or polls except for forum mods, barons and dukes. And also to be able to tag a poll as "important".

That can already be done by locking the thread. That way those with the right privs can still post whilst normal members can't. As for the Poll, it is a nice idea, but usually they will be sitting at the top of their respective forum as they will most likely be active

I know I can lock the thread, but I can not lock the whole forum. I want to lock the whole forum, so only tribal announcements may be posted there and no one else can create a topic there except the leadership.
