Just some info on my leadership experience:
i have been leading successful tribes in TW since World three of the international .net server. I lead Hells Elite Soldiers to the top three before we merged with NAW.
i have learned on my 6 year journey like patience, tactics, and coordination. I never lead alone and I always know the enemy. When world 10 starts I will pick a council of skilled players to help me keep the tribe running smoothly and we will constantly be watching for the enemies movement.

Looking at the invite mail I got and this topic I can say this tribe may get to top 5,but I'll be honest,anything more than that is gonna remain a dream I guess.

Can't see this tribe winning, nor making top 3. As Dase said, I think it could reach top 5, but it all depends who you have and how you lead.

I can find links of mine from over 5 years ago, I doubt yours will be deleted.

This game is now so old that newbies rarely appear.ALmost everyone joining new worlds has played in the past.Not everyone is pro,but almost anyone has a few skills.A few years ago 99% of the players didn't knew how to use scripts.So everyone was farming manually.Now everyone knows how to bookmark scripts or use the farm assistant so nobody should be underestimated.
