Morale usually is not removed until later in the world.

ive never stayed for a near end world. kawoni, could you tell me around what status of a world would morale be removed?
when the 70% is met? or when 180 days is met? etc. when does it usually happen?

Every world is different, so it really depends on the age of the world, the domination percentage, etc. There really is no way to tell you that at day 155 of the world that the morale will be removed. There are several factors that we look at when we remove moral and two of them are mentioned. I hope that helps answer your question.
