Well you look carefully at the map.
Consider your expansion options if you stay out of it.
Consider what the map will look like afterwards if you take sides.

I am curious myself to see what will happen. Apart from anything else all of these decisions tell you how the leaders of other tribes think. Always useful to know.

It will be interesting, agreed. NL3 also declared on NDH's family tribe, NDT. But, there's not really been any action there. Ironically, NDH has nobled more of their villages than we have since war started LOL! NDH and No Way are allied, and we have no official relationship with any tribe right now other than "enemies". I'm waiting to see what happens when No Way gets the merger of two family tribes cleaned up (they are merging 4 tribes to 2). It's possible that they will join shortly after they clean up the drops. IMO, joining a war w/ 160 players to manage would be a nightmare, especially since they can't even support one another.

As a side note, for those not playing this world: There is no outside tribe support. It changes the war-play immensely. You cannot support your family tribes or your allies. You also can't send "support" to a conquer until you've taken the village. It will make this world--and this war--slow moving since both tribes have some decent players.

Yeah it seemed like there was something of a change of plan. Not worth the morale cost? Reluctance to hit very small players? Wanting to focus on NDH heavy hitters? Wanting to focus on the core? All of the above?

W15 had the same support rule. It IS possible to work effectively with it but it requires the tribes concerned to work very closely and to trust each other.

Shame on me for not looking at the world settings when asked to join this world but time will tell what will happen. Again good luck to all and please keep us updated as to what is going on in the war.

Lol Margol they are both players w trains coming from 50+ hours. Too easy to stack against their nobles or to snipe. Now, the nukes come from 50 undetected and the nobles will be an hour out.

You're just upset because this will make it that much harder for you.

PS: at least our Barb nobles are strategic and for war purposes...unlike 75% on NDH's 100 fields from the front...

Dude,I don't mean to get involved in this topic more than I should since it's not my problem,but you do realize that you are crying because nl3 is nobling you?yes,you are killing their nobles,but it's because you got stacked by your tribe,no skill required for what you are doing.
Not to mention the fact that so far looking at conquers against opposite side,nl3 is dominating ndh hard and most if not all of ndh's conquers against nl3 are recaps which aren't hard to do considering that nl3 is sending 50 hours trains at them.To be honest,I know ndh sucks,but you are giving it such a bad image,worse than they deserve,just shut up.You're not doing any good to both your tribe and yourself.

Many of you probably heard the name 'Margol' i am known for being a hated player and a 'poison' to a tribe. This rumour has occurred because noobs like 'Wicked' talk crap about me in 3rd person when they haven't even truly played with me. This is just an example. There is many more players who i can name and shame.

I am back to play W22. After a fun run on W20 with some friends i thought that all the hate had gone against me and that everything was forgiven. I am not ashamed of my name - i won't hide my name... i will just face the hate and over time will prove to all of you. You were wrong. I have changed - so if you judge me how you have been doing for the past 5 years... i will prove you wrong. I just want to play and have fun with a dominant tribe. I am not here to kill a tribe and i am tired of the crap talking vs me.

Example 1: Changing the name of somebody you've never spoken with to something that's intended to be disrespectful. You ought to do that to longtime friends or people you joke with normally.
Example 2: Disparaging strategy with an ad hominem rather than talking about the merits or explaining why the "old gen method" was better and this is somehow weak. (An aside, I've been playing since September, 2008. I consider myself to be among the old guard.).

That said, you may have been onto something with your initial reasoning. You were a primary cause of our war with NDH for disregarding agreements your tribe made, continuously bragging about yourself, and overly-agro mails threatening us.

Whether they maintain or increase it or if NDH pulls it back remains to be seen. Brockasmith was courteous enough to state that the defence was better than expected. I see no reason to turn it into a slanging match and insult each other.

At the end of the day they are the two top tribes so pretty much had to fight at some point. That's what the game is about.

Agreed. We chose to war because in most worlds, the top tribes stay away from each other forever and/or just merge. We didn't want to see that and didn't want this to just be another one of those worlds.


Also, Firequeen, who are you? Are you on w22 or just watching?
