I don't know, I've never used premium other than free. I don't think the points are transferable between servers which is why one massive server for everyone is better than a ton of little ones

Doubt it. Mainly because, well, sounds bad, they make more money from you buying 200 prem on 5 different versions than if you bought 1,000 on one version.
