Quicker Noble Trains

I've been practicing my noble trains (playing on Casual) and I cant seem to get my attacks to land less than 100ms apart. (my last attempt had them at :225 :325 :425 :525) Is there a reason it wont go lower than 100? If not how can I make my trains tighter?

It must be the server limit, i.e. you can't send them any faster because you're not allowed to send them faster. Usually the limit/rule is a 100ms gap between each attack.
