Rune villages: strategies and discussions

So this is (I believe) the second world on .US where rune villages are used as a end-game mode.

The first one I completely missed, and although I am not competing in this world (I only have 5 villages:rolleyes:) I am really curious about the best strategies for this end game as well as following which tribe is in the lead ^^

-SW- is currently behind on both daleks and TBD, but in my opinion this might be smart since each village requires at least a nuke to clear I think...

What are your ideas about the best strategy?;)

Same as winning tribe did on w30 ..ignore runes until you beat your opponents and then just take em easy later

i know tw stuff didnt concepted this to played like this , they wanted fight over rune villas but problem is 60% on each K and that some runes are far from core
as result we cant really expect tribe from NE to noble villas on SW at this stage of world
is it better than dominance ? yes
does it need improvements ? yes

I feel like we nobled 50% of them on the first day w30. Most where a 10h noble ride from and village so they were super easy to snipe. I’m not playing this world, did they spawn at the corner of the k’s again?

Well actually, the world was basically won before runes popped. So when runes poped we gobbled most of them up very quickly.

That was a 2 speed world and the world was much more developed than this one. Troop counts in them are similar from W30 though, they are easy to clear with the negative def buffs.

do they also randomly change location like in w30?
I doubt they will. They changed location on 30 because runes spotted in ridiculous spots so they tried to fix it.

Ye it was , overall idea of rune villages is good , they trying to make winnable game even for tribes that are behind but its not working as they planned ...but like i said everything but dominance is good , it might be just me but dominance is boring af

Yeah well on the other hand the idea of the game is to dominate the world haha ;)

I have never seen a world with secrets on this server (if im correct), maybe that would be cool? @kawoni do you know if thats possible?

World 5 had secrets if I remember right.there was 1 world with secrets for sure.

There was 1 world with camps.You could store your nukes in a camp and launch them from that camp(not on .us, I think it was only on beta or other servers before .us was opened).That was a cool thing, a lot of people complained though.I don't remember exactly how it worked, but the idea of having 1 camp that your tribe stacks where you can send your nukes as if they were as close to the enemy as the camp is is awesome.Would make the game a lot more interesting, there would need to be some type of limits, but I think something like this could be much better than rune villages/great siege who require you to reach domination anyway.I don't know why they bother adding different end scenarios when basically you still have to noble everyone to win.I think changing the gameplay until domination is reached is more important and would make things a lot more fun.
