So now i got my 10scouts from the quest.... How many need i to send so i dont lose anyone?

Try to send 1 along with other troops and if it dies,it means you need to send 5.

I think that when a world has pally weapons then you need only one scout. Without pally weapons you need at least 4.

That has to do with the smithy and not pallies! "Research system simplified research" - I think this means you can send only 1 and he won´t die!

Not sure though but almost certain.

I have only played worlds with simple research I can't guess on that.

Some worlds have Base defence, which means you need to send 4 scouts or more for no losses. I guess it's just trial and error at this stage.
