What's the reasoning behind having different scripts legal and illegal on different servers?

It is what it is but I never understood why some where legal over on .net and not here
 
Oh so .net scripts are all ood, that isn't the case with every server though correct?
 
Can we use scripts created for the dutch server and just simply fix them for .US?

Lets say we "know" some people...


Can we ask with an ingame support ticket if we can have our scripts approved?
