Scripts update. 2-15-2026

Dear Ladies & Lords,

We are excited to share the next big step on our journey towards the Script Library!

First of all, thank you very much for your patience and for all the feedback, questions, and discussions so far. Your input has been invaluable in shaping how this feature will look and work.

The Script Library will be available for testing on our zz3 & zz4 servers on 16.02.2026 at 14:00 onwards. We warmly invite everyone to join our Beta server and start putting the new feature through its paces.

You will find the Script Library under Quickbar & Scripts. Head to “Activate community script” and select the script(s) you’d like to utilize. The goal is to make powerful tools accessible through an easy-to-use interface, so that anyone – even those without any scripting knowledge – can benefit from them.

Please note:

• The pool of scripts available on Beta is not guaranteed to be the final selection for any given market.
• Different markets may have different scripts available based on legacy rules and local arrangements.
• We strongly encourage everyone to test now: this is the best moment to identify issues, gather feedback, and make further improvements before we roll the feature out on live servers.

Our current estimate is that we will implement the Script Library on live servers sometime in April 2026.

A few important points:

• Script functionality & responsibility
  It may happen that a script does not work as expected. In such cases, please remember that the script creator is responsible for maintaining and fixing their script. If you encounter any problems, contact the creator directly.
• Script creators, please note:
  Scripts cannot be configured anymore by editing their code (e.g. to enter village coordinates). Please consider offering an in-game menu or similar interface for all settings. Creators are responsible for ensuring their script(s) follow current rules and include such a configuration option.
• Submitting new or updated scripts
  If a script creator would like to submit a new script or an updated version to the library, they can do so by sending a Support Ticket via the market where they would like it to be available. We will review the script, assess its legality, and, where applicable, make the same script available to other markets as well. Please check HERE on how to submit a script.
• Future legality of scripts
  There will be a transition phase where both the existing methods and the new Script Library will be options. However, in the future, only scripts available within the Script Library will be deemed legal. Any outside script – even if it provides identical functionalities – will be considered illegal to use.

This feature is a major step forward for Tribal Wars since it opens up powerful tools to anyone, not just those with advanced technical knowledge. It provides a unified, user-friendly way to use scripts safely and helps us fight illegal scripts that undermine fair play and the integrity of the game.
We will be closely monitoring your feedback to see if there are any issues with missing features, and we will not take away anything from you until we have found a way to provide a similar experience.
