Wouldn't count on this ever happening. I just don't see it playing enough of a factor for innogames to even think about wanting this. Not to mention would eliminate the challenge of flags as premium points are now fairly easy to get (I gathered a total of 15k pp just on W22 alone selling res) So you would pretty much have what ever flags you want rather then having the challenge of only have 4 recruiting flags and 8 haul flags now you have 12 recruiting flags.
Yes makes things easier for you and better your success but would take a lot of thought out of the game, and players who somehow still can't manage to get premium are now again at a bigger disadvantage.
