Sharing Incoming Attacks in Mail/Tribe Forum

I took a very long hiatus from TW and forget how to do a lot of things. I'd appreciate instructions for how to share an incoming attack with my tribe (via tribe forum) or a tribe co-member (via mail).

In other words, here is what I see when I click on "INCOMINGS" via my Rally Point:


I'd like to be able to paste it into a Mail message to my tribe co-member, like this:


How does one do that?

It feels important to advise that I typically play through the iPhone and iPad applications. I can also play through the iPad Safari browser, but I am rarely on an actual computer. I do not have Premium, so if this is a Premium feature, just say so and I'll be on my way.
