As you and I have been discussing in private, you are correct. In fact, your leaders are doing a good job in guiding SPERG, and its not likely that SPERG will shake apart.
The game is mathematical at heart, and unless human nature disturbs the math, then this world is done after 3 months. Its only necessary to play it out until the Fall, and let the non-Sperg players construct villages for Sperg to click and capture, as the mathematics of coin generation allow.
If this were an Academy world (packet), then it would not be a FAIL, but a "Spectacular FAIL", and would be done (all one tribe) by June.
There is simply not a "fight" available for them to attempt to learn the real TW game, or eventually progress and even earn battle respect.
E.g., its a FAIL world.

Militarily, sperg should use its dominant position to crush tribe after pretender tribe, make them fall apart, get their players to quit, etc. us02 has skipped the mid game phase of world development (combination of lack of high caliber player, and an intense disinterest from the larger TW spectrum of players who want nothing to do with it). We are now in the standard TW world "Endgame" phase.

Sperg is not really full of noobs, though many members really want to be in a #1 tribe and gain points, not fight. That is natural, and nothing "wrong" with it. Few players have as a goal, to "lose", or to join a "loser". Most SPERG players will never be able to show if they were on par with the Top 1000 in competitive .NET worlds, or the Korean worlds, etc. This puts them into the position of players that are legends in their own mind, like VonWagner, who feel they have to make argements about why they are "good", when realities of the world show otherwise.

Just because everyone doesnt go around complaining like a whiny little toddler about it doesnt mean people dont know that this world isnt the greatest or has as much potential as other worlds.
Turn it around go join another world under a different allias so you can build up some degree of respect with being judged for this account.
