Suggestions for W23

I think a higher speed would be a good change up. Last couple rounds have been pretty slow speed.

1.5 or 2 speed would be nice.

Coin preferably without paladin weapons, no archers.
20-30 member tribe limit, no outside tribe support.


Can't give me everything but a couple of these would be nice.

The last 2 worlds were 1.3 and 1.2 speed. The last couple of rounds have also had no MA/Archers.

I was just throwing out settings I like, for speed I consider anything below 1.5 a slow world. So I considered 1.2 (W22) a slow world for me.

But I understand fast paced worlds are not as popular for newer players, so don't expect a 2 speed world. Was just throwing out some settings though haha.

I'd say speed 2 would be nice,didn't have speed 2 in a while on .us
Tribe limit:30
Barbarians grow to 1.500-2.000
Also,removing militia for this world would be nice.

I don't really like militia,but if the speed is 2 I'd still play on a church world,though churches suck imo :D

I just hope w23 starts this january.

w23 will start in January... Just gathering some suggestions before it is announced to see what the players would like.

Throw in a nuke without morale. I haven't seen that anytime before! I'm sure there are a lot of people who get attracted by that setting!
Please do it once!

No support outside tribe (love this setting on US22)

It'd be great to have a world without morale but i don't think it is possible considering the players here. But you can find worlds with this setting on some classic worlds and especially on .masters server.

20-25 tribe member limit, no support outside the tribe, paladin without weapons and also no barb nobling could make an interesting world. I hope it'll be different this time, i miss the old days of .us server..

US worlds are really small. We need to consider making tribes smaller in order to force solid players into different tribes. It will increase competition (thus staying-power of the community) and increase the importance of diplomatic relations. It's always been wild to me that small servers emulate tribe sizes used on .Net/GER. They are 20x larger, so I don't know that the tribe sizes scale as well for keeping the game competitive/interesting for skilled players.

The newbies will likely still for alliances of 8 tribes and build community in their shared chaotic forums, so we wouldn't loos much in regard to forum activity.

i think that the troop speed can be between 0.01 and 1,but no more then 1.the speed of troops on map is calculate after this rule:world speed x troops speed.and from i know,the fastest world(normal world) can be only with world speed 2 and troops speed 1.but,i doubt that us server will have a world with settings 2 and 1.few players,not so much competition etc.with these settings,a world can be closed in 6 months.or less,with a merge between best 2 tribes:))

I agree that a smaller tribe limit would be beneficial. After all, w22 is still competitive, so there is a big chunk of people who probably won't participate in w23.

I'd say speed 2 and troop speed 0,7 would be good.

I like decently fast worlds ;). But, you're probably right, my settings would definitely advantage players w/ co's, insomnia, or infant children significantly.

Most important suggestion to me was smaller tribes. 15-20max.
