For the Superbowl (american football), start a pool. Keep it simple. $1 min. 1$ = 25-40 premium pts. Everyone who picks the winning team gets 50% of the pool. From the winners do a raffle/lottery using confirmation #'s. Winner wins 40%. I get 10% for jst posting the idea
