I appreciate the reply and I'd love to give
fair feedback as to what may be a desirable classic world for the server.
There was a recent poll on the .net forums and also based on various feedback from our own US discord server where players want a "draft/randomized" based world, I think a classic world would at least be able to fill some sort of those categories.

Given this data, and given the current interests of members of this server (as assessed from general discord conversations), I think having randomized tribes would be in favor of the server for a classic world.
Randomizing tribes would also push veterans to work with newer players as they are permanently locked to working together, so sharing guides, information and discord groups to the newer players is a
MUST in order for a team to have any chance at winning.
Given the size of the US server, and the limited participants on classic worlds, I would suggest a maximum tribe limit or 8 or 10
(Net is doing 20 tribes I believe, so scaling down to 8 would help to balance the teams and likely result in about 20 active participants per group)
Other suggestions would to make it a standard classic as this would not entirely become a High Performance world, just a twist that would encourage all groups of individuals to work together.
