I was wondering why since there is a section for that right here.

It is because the .us script rules were never verified or set in stone so we were using .uks script rules as a basis.

A new script moderator has just joined the team . I believe the script rules will be clarified shortly . The link is from when the server was brand new and had same rules as .uk
Presently all approved scripts are in the Scripts Section here .
The rules here are not the same as .uk currently .
