Seems to me that all there is on w10 is mass recruiting, worthless, and unorganized tribes on W10. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

no other tribe that isnt what you complained about would want you.
you have less than 100 plunders less than 10.000 loot in the 5days. and even now after hours of bp ending.
