Is there any way we could make it to were a leader could put a note on like an enemies village? Like post the troop counts on their villages so that other tribemates could see?

No, that's not possible..
With a PA you can make notes about a village, but you can't show it to others except you give them your sitting mode.

This is the suggestions forum, not the questions forum.
As such it seems quite likely he's aware of this and was asking if it could be changed so that it would become possible, and not if it was currently possible or not.

That would be pretty awesome. But it should be for everyone to SEE and maybe only people with PA can WRITE. But I don't use PA's so idk..

No, only tribe mates. So that you can post if a village needs cleared or has been cleared

I could be mistaken, but I'm fairly sure he meant Premium Account, not Personal Ally.

Ah, ok. I read it wrong. I thought he meant like EVERYONE, not NonPA and PA members.
