W10 Ending... Or not?

Hello,

W10 is coming to an end it appears..
And I am wondering WHY people vote on total domination by 1 tribe?
There are 3 choices, and 60% seems to vote on the wrong one, just to extend their little simcity empire(100k empires zzzZzz) and their PP for what?!

There is nothing more to gain besides a restart or ennoblement.
(also the "Resurrection: Start over 5 times in this world!" award might be a possible reward for these ugly voters!)

D/D has just as many points combined as the other top 18 tribes together..

So please let me know why, WHY, people vote this pathetic way to end the world?
Cause im lost in the :lead:woods:lead: here..

Because it's how it should be. One winning tribe.Just one. It's called tribalwars for a reason.

Is that all you can come up with Dase?

We fought like a tribe.
We worked as a tribe..
Even tho i didnt like the hugging as well, but according to my Duke(s) i see that wrong, it aint hugging, its the way to win a world! <3

The tribal-war (more like worldwar) was between D/D/(D) and CLOWN and their tribes.
It seems the war is over since CLOWN disbanded, soon +/- tribe is falling apart as well.. Sweeney already posted on this forum, we dont want something like that to happen again do we?
All this unfairness.. yuck.. 10v1 are the odds due to our D/D family tribe.
But thats something the tribalwars team have to decide on then, make it so that this scenario aint possible again on next worlds.
Especially since the .us servers have less players on it?!

This is just a waste of time as i said before.
The real competition is out of this world, now its just cleaning up mode and collect PP for ending this world.
Lets merge accounts and fit into 1 tribe.
Cleanup the ones who dont want that.
And world is won.
Woohoo, what a competition! :(

Alliances are the way to win a world? Yes and no. Of course without any alliance you can't win, but having an ally is different than having a family. Tribe families is too much. The d/d/d family was strong because it had too many members. Most of the top 100 players were in d/d when the war started. That's hugging dude.

A few years back family tribes were eliminated from the start. People loved wars. Now everyone just huggs. The end game conditions say one tribe will win because it makes the game more competitive, knowing that you'll have to fight against allies to win. It makes people fight more and hug less because in the end only one can win so there's no point in hugging with everyone.

That's how I see things.

What's PP? I'm guessing people voted that way to break up a family. That option seems like it'll last a long time. The longer the world goes on, the more chances of sparks to ignite.

I had a late start so maybe I see things differently. I don't feel that things are over yet and I'm just starting to get going. Haven't voted yet, but it's usually one tribe that wins. Tribe sizes are small, but so is the world. I guess they want tribal wars.

Ok, I see what your talking about. ONE tribe taking 80% of the world is enough. 100% with people restarting and morale is a bit much.

FYI, I've seen 2 big tribes divide the world up then fight it out in the end for the title.

With PP i meant Premium Points.

I agree with you Dase..
In the earlier days, family tribes were a bad thing.
And would be exterminated rather quickly before the "disease" spread out.
Organization is mostly not their strongest point, and they are probably all around your villages so you have to deal with them sooner or later to expand.

The big difference on this world, to my opinion, is that this hugging started rather late in the world.
I didnt see D/D as a threat.
They might have been strong/clustered and holding their own, but if they were all good i dunno.. never been tested by myself ^^
At some point thrue all the hugs and kisses, the world got divided into two sides.
1 side gave up and disbanded.. there is no real replacement tribe for them.

Hence i questions myself and people out here, WHY do we have to continue this world? :)
Vote for something easy so we can all move on to the next world and have more chance to beat eachother up again instead of this David vs Goliath scenario! :s

Yes it was rather odd the way this world worked out. 100% is extremely long and pointless and 80% still required 1 tribe... And when its D/D vs world as it is anyway, I would say requirement for 1 tribe to win is easily doable as some will quit with new worlds, some get bored and others have real life situations.

I will however like to point out that family tribes have only ever always failed because it was not well organized, the goal wasnt to down size to one tribe, they did not have loyal members or standards, spies were super easy to place and receive and they could not launch a single successful operation... I think most will agree that D/D does not fall into most of those categories, and as for operation part check Dr.Doolittle stats here in about 15 minutes (from when I post this) and lets watch D/D op land on #1 player in world.

nice... Guy is a baller and you downplay him with your masses. You do not deserve to win because you are a floater and rode whatever coattails you could to get to the end(2nd hugger?). The main Drinkers will take the victory and you get just what comes to you, nothing. Trippy thing is about the bulk of the current roster of the Drinkers is(to me)... None of them fought for the win. They all talked it out, changed over when needed and sold out those not needed. Nice job of NOT playing a war game everyday for 7 months.

Wow! so much aggression, I personally didn't want the 100% it seemed a little overboard in prolonging the world, the facts are.... regardless of who back stabbed who the DRINK fam. obviously pulled better diplomacy in this world which got them closer to the win. I am disappointed at the fact so many players abandon their tribe mates because of a tough situation, a few bad calls and diplo. errors eventually made CLOWN fall.

BASH now picked up the pieces and continue to fight......We will not be "easy meat" as rath puts it.. so from here good luck and Ill continue seeing you on the battle field.

Well said.
Everyone seems to have forgotten (do you remember Rumble?) that initially it was Clown/BASH allied with D/D plus a nap with L,l who started a war with TBD who were already fighting PRIDE.
Greenwalker was originally in HATE and moved to TBD in a tribal merge so no idea what the 'floater' stuff is about. But yes it was diplomacy that changed things. Within a month though it was back to two tribes and given PRIDE were still enemies as well as Clown/BASH it was not so unbalanced. There were some others came in on the clown side as well, GKYA (also AP although that seems to have been a technicality so they don't really count).
The decision to go with the 'family' option rather simple alliance was actually triggered by the actions of certain players whose plan to take control of TBD failed. That and the fact that we simply fitted very well together and get along as people.
In any event there are skilled players on both sides and those who have earned liking and respect for other reasons (although they may ALSO be skilled). I'm a Brit ... we like to win ... but we also love a valiant loser and a good sport. Although in all honesty you never know what will happen, the world could turn upside down again tomorrow, it's not over until it's over.

DD has played the game well so far, but it's not over yet. Diplomacy is a big part of the game as it is in real life (Allied huggers win world war 2).

Tribes tend to consolidate and bring the best players in that will strengthen them. This is smart, but not always fun. Last time I played I quit due to my tribes hugging. The hugging was a good move to help us finish the world quickly, but left me only the option of taking barbs far from the conflict. So, playing for fun and to win may be two different things. Right now, I think things are still fun.

As in real life it's a matter of balance. You need enough diplomacy to survive but not so much it spoils the game.
I had that problem one one world, there was nobody to attack ... but it changed pretty soon. Also of course it can be difficult if there are red dots but they are the other side of the world. Tribe leaders need to consider the interests of the tribe as a whole first then the needs of individual members. You can never please everyone though.

As for you Josh ..... I'll talk to you later. ;)

Hello dear world,

Let me give my reaction to this whole topic. The world is already decided. D/D is gonna win this. Without a fight. They are so big, so much force lies within them. Nobody can stop them. They have 23 mio in points together. The tribe following them in third spot doesn't even own 25% of that amount. This world is done. It's only up to D/D to decide who will be in the winning tribe. Which will be the most interesting past of the whole world. How they gonna end it is the only thing relevant on this world now. The rest is just wasting their time there.

You see us go down like a leaf of a tree in the fall. But if it was up to us, we would have hang in there a little while longer. As for a fact, we didn't decide to stop. We never gave up. Other factors gave up for us. The fact that the key moment. That Tuesday afternoon, for us then, the power in my house went down. My laptop was empty. The only thing working on which TW would do it, was my phone. On a 4G network. There was nothing I could do. Even with 1500 attacks incoming. We still straitened our back. And we keep going. But that key moment was gone. And so were our changes.

I've always played on the Dutch world. And let me tell you there is a major difference between the Dutch server and this server. Which cost us our account. In Holland we fight for glory. We take our changes, even though the odd are strongly against us. We still stay in to fight. It's just a pity there are too many players who were afraid to take that fight. Who were afraid to take on D/D. We had one change. We took it, they didn't. And offcourse we knew then already, we became you're main target. That's okay, that's the game.

The fact that everybody went to D/D is probably the most pitiful action I've seen in my 7 years of Tribalwars. There are players within D/D, who can't send a decent train. Who can't lay down an attack the correct way. Who even can't send fakes ffs. 25 attack from one village? You kidding me? Those are ignored right away. Some of you guys are really lacking skills man. I just can't understand how that's possible within a tribe almost controlling the whole wide world.

I really like to see people defending me on this forum. You guys are great. And right probably. I could have taken them out 1 v 1. Without a doubt. You guys only won because of the numbers. The unbelievable force you guys posses. That's what made you guys won. But in the end; You guys still won. And as I always have been, a fair loser; You guys deserve it. You have the most loyal tribe on this world. And the dukes can be really proud of that. So please be. And I know there are a lot of guys hating me. And probably reading this with anger and are cursing on me at this very moment. You knew my story. Every action I did was to make this world a little bit more interesting. But people apparently didn't want it. I caused my own downfall. But I luckily never regretted a decision I made.

With great respect and a little pain in my heart, I'll leave this world. I've had a great time, met great people, but it is time. This whole post is a goodbye to the world. A goodbye to everyone on it. A goodbye to whoever reads this.

But before I go, I want to thank a few people.
TheMadTurtle, Angelochek, Kingoftheroad. You guys are the best. You never stopped believing. And not in that canadian ladyboy. You where always there when I needed you. You followed me everywhere I went, muchos respect for you guys!

To the whole D/D: Respect. Just plain respect. The most loyal tribe I've seen in a very long time!

To the whole NDU: Thanks for being there!

To Efryns; Train are plain legendary. Stay in first place for me. At least another Dutch is running the world <3

To Stella: I know we had our differences. But don't think I ever lose my trust in you. I always kept it and I tried to stop the attack. BUt it was without my reach. I hope you can still, after all, talk to me the way we did. You were maybe one of the most important players on this world.

To the them haters; Stop crying, I'm gone!

Goodbye dear world, you've caused me some sleepless nights. And I've played you with fun. I'll see you soon, when the new born is there. And maybe till another world.

With the kindest regards and the most respect,
Dr. Doolittle
Kaj
We're after all still the animals

Ps. For those of you interested, my skype is Kajdewaal. Feel free to add me. I do still play, so if you need me, I'll be there. And please do me one last favor. Share this post on the world! You guys are the best!

Well said and written Dr. Doo aka Kaj.

Its nice to see a fellow dutch man on here, with such a good attitude!
A shame i didnt notice this good attitude in game when you tried to recruit the TBD members.. :D
But like u said, u did it to make things more interesting.. that idea failed and surely backfired on you yes.
You had my vote, but as you know im just a co-player on this account as well and would have followed you into the action/grave if i were still on my BlameMe account instead on Efryns.

However, i will add you on skype and hope we can beat some more english, american people up! ;)
All the best wishes and goodluck.
You earned respect for posting on here!!

Cheers, Don

Will give both Sweeney and Dr.D the due respect they deserve for being good sports in the whole thing...

And to D/D for having it pointed out we do contain some of the most loyal players most worlds ever see!

Worlds not over yet, Bash still wants to fight and Ap have not made there plans clear. (sorry rest of tribes besides some players in different tribes such as avenging archangel none of you really hold any real power)
