We understand that the speed could be a little faster but we also have to accommodate those that like a slower speed. The fact is we can not make everyone happy all the time. Sad but true.
This depends on the perspective. Most players on the external forums want faster worlds, BUT most players on the externals are veteran players. It is been proven that newer players succeed more on slower worlds. Because there are more newer players every world than there is veteran players returning it is a more popular opinion to have a slower world for a higher chance of newer players succeeding and wanting to play another world which the speed might be faster on the next world.
In the end I would count on the next world being a fairly quick world. I have nothing to do with the world settings so don't take my word for but I would predict a 1.5 speed next world or higher.
they won't have any more worlds that aren't p2w. Too big of a cash cow. And the overall skill level is suffering greatly from it. The unintended effect is that competition is getting watered down because people can buy what they lack the skill to get.
In turn, veterans get bored quicker and stop playing sooner. Then there's less players, but it turns into a huge wallet warrior convention. New players don't give the game much of a chance because they can't compete with moms credit card.
the people spending all the $ eventually get bored and migrate to different games. So you lose hardcore veterans, have very few new players joining, and the rest getting bored. We are watching Rome fall mates.... It's a really bad business model to target such a specific demographic, and say "to heck" with the rest.
