.us struggled with hugging for a while.Tribes often have 2+ allies and sometimes even multiple academies.And a pretty big percentage of worlds end with a merge.
This is why I want to start a project and I need some experienced players for it, and also some new ones who are willing to learn and improve on their accounts or join good accounts as coplayers.
The project is a premade for, as the title says, w 40.
The goal is to have absolutely no NAP or alliance from start to finish and a very limited recruitment outside the premade, only if too many of our players quit early(although I will select players who have shown they are willing to be at least semi-active for a few months and very active during start-up).
IF it turns out that our team will not be strong enough to win without a nap or alliance, we will accept the loss.There will be no nap or alliance even for strategic purposes, even if all the other top tribes form coalitions against us.

Friendships outside the tribe will not matter, your personal allies are your personal allies, the tribe can noble anyone outside, no exceptions.
