what's it mean when someone visit's you?

This is in reference to the Thanksgiving attack break, all attacks landing today will not do any damage, they will just visit and return home. Beginning tomorrow (or 0:00 ST Nov 26th) attacks will land as usual. We will also have attack breaks on Christmas and New Years.
