Second of all, I woul never do mass recruit. I would make a selection of players based on ODA/ODD/growth,... every mail would be different in some way, it should always be personal.

For the last few days you have drawn my attention. I checked you on TWstats and I found a nice history/didn't find any history. I would like to ask you what your other/previous experiences were or still are.
