The whole world is dead really mate. Look at the amount of dead accounts and internals there is going on. Its been like this for a while. Most people are just turtling up for flags like me

It would just invite spam and whatnot. Our tribe chat is perfectly active and used (contrary to comments above) so maybe try to get more of your tribe to get on to enjoy it that way.
