World 3 will close to new registrations on February 20th 2012 . At the same time an in-game poll will be mailed to all players voting on whether to reduce packet prices to a 1/2 of their original cost.(must be 70% majority)

When the world has less than 500 players - a further vote to reduce packets to a 1/3 (must be 70% majority) - Done

When the world has less than 300 players - Morale and Restarts are removed. - Done

When the world has less than 150 players - a further vote to reduce packet price to a 1/4.(must be 70% majority) - Done

World Ending

When the top 2 tribes have reached 80% dominance, they can vote for a timed ending, provided the world has been closed to new registrations for a minimum of 6 months. The world may end at any time 100% domination is reached.
