Hey it's working for him. And if his strategy is a long drawn out world then you cant fault him for that. I played a world for over 3 years and it was still enjoyable. Everyone has their own strategies and at least right now it is working for him really well.

barb nobling is always worse then taking good villages. Taking goo villages means less work building them up and faster time to maxing troops.

He gets good clusters, and this is a church world. Also if your not by the frontline you have time to build up villages and troops

He is obviously not bothered by it. I can say troop wise he is better off than many of the members in your tribe.

Like Prin said. In any other world you are right but this world is a church world. It is all about having strategic clusters.

Guys, you can bitch about it being a church world all you want. But consistent barb nobling for more solid clusters is not thinking ahead. Its the slow, dumb, agonizing, way of playing and making a world take forever.

Sometimes its neccessary. Most times it isnt. Real players snipe and backtime and float nukes over the line and take out targets that arent stacked. If you guys were to try to barb noble the world, which has been done time and time again, you can just add 2-3 years to the lifespan of W14, and the 10 guys who actually make it there from the beginning of this world, who didnt just quit, will wish they had, and they will wish everyone didnt noble every barb on the map.

Play however is fun for you. But dont act like barb nobling everything is a good thing. Its not. If you cant win without making tight barb clusters, then you just suck.
