There's a few mass recruiting tribes out and about. Is the norm for this server?

Every server has mass recruiting tribes.
.us has a few more than normal

I'm going to push for Compny. We are not in the top 25, but we have only 8 members compared to some tribes that have 60. We have worked together for a while and we have proven that you don't need a lot of members to break into the top 10 late in the world.

thats the same for so many other tribes, fomr rank 16 and below all tribes have less than 20 members so...
