any tribal wars?

Hey guys.
in the .net tribalwars it has the reports and the charts or graphs of the tribe wars which was done by the tribalwars team and it was very interesting too.
so i was wondering if there are any wars going on in this world.

I fail to see how there could be a war permitting statistics with only 11 nobles in the whole world.

There has been no declarations anyway.

well....who do thos 11 guys noble?the ones at almost their own points.not the less than 3000 points do they? doesnt that lead to a tribal fight or somethin?even me with my tribe of less than 1000 points,we do some fights (for farm ownage).
