Off topic is intended to be used as a place where you discuss things non-tribalwars related. It is NOT made to be a spamfest. That's why in .net all off-topica posts are no longer counted in total post count.

If our posts will not be counted in Off-Topica, the Forum Spammers will spam the other Sections of the Forum.

Why would they do that? OT doesn't count posts and most of Off Topica's posters remain spamming OT solely and rarely venture out of that paradise. (Not much of a paradise atm, but will return from the wretchedness of hell soon enough)

It's kinda Ironic, the people who go around telling other people to stop making uber spam & spam threads are that ones who are on top posters list.

Well Obviously you don't want other people beating your top score, but you don't have to act all hypocritical about it.
