Sooner or later players need to just adapt and realize the game is not going to go backwards. Inno found a way to make money


What’s going to happen is all the devoted players who have been around for years are going to quit playing the game, and inno won’t make anything off it and will be forced to shit the game down entirely.

There is a difference between adapting your play style and being forced to spend massive amounts of pp to compete.

You’re basically saying it’s not going to change so no need to talk about it, when it’s that mentality that’s led us to this position in the first place. If all these other players who supposedly don’t like the p2w features actually spoke out about it I doubt it would have gotten this out of control.

They have since day 1. Here and on .net. It changed nothing and has gotten worse.

What you don't understand is even if all servers condensed down to 1 server. Sooner or later you will only have players who have only played pp worlds and you won't have people complaining anymore. Inno games will still make more money off just 1 server with pp features then they will off 10 servers without them.

So yeah no matter how many people complain, on how many worlds. Or how many players quit its not going to change.

US and .net are a perfect example of it. Before pp features .net would average over 30k players a world. If you didn't join within the first hour or two you were already outside the top 10,000 players starting out.

US was similar but between 5,000-15,000 (to lazy to look up the actual numbers)

Once pp came around those numbers dropped on both servers. But inno start making some serious cash. Thats why instead of fixing players quiting, and servers getting smaller they made pp features more and more. Players kept quitting but they kept making more money. They don't care how many players quit or how many servers they have because like I said above even with just 1 server. The amount of money they make with these pp features is more then they would make off 10 servers without it.

I however think it would be a wise move for them to make a server with no pp features. Make it like a Master server but with normal settings and no pp features. I think players would buy into that. Instead of having 4-5 worlds going at once. Maybe only do one at a time that way it forces players to play other servers too with pp features after they are rimmed.

Unfortunately suggestions like this have been mentioned since pay to win started and nothing like it has been done. even on .net only worlds that don't have pay to win features are no haul worlds.

INNO tries to keep their income at the same level as it was years ago, but sadly that won't work for them forever.

They make a good amount of money from events,premium exchange etc, but their player base is dropping, including people willing to pay 2-3-4k pp monthly, but not more than that.
If they would make worlds with less pp features, not completely removing them, they would gain more in the long run.What would you like, 10 players spending 300-400$ monthly or 100 players spending 50$ monthly?I think it's the 2nd.

What I would suggest for a classic world is to increase the cost of PA,FA,AM and remove most of the other options.Double the price for PA,FA,AM, triple it if you have to.People need those anyway, they will use them and with the price increase that would give inno a bigger profit, but remove events and exchange at least every 4-5 worlds.

the decrease in the amount of players is also not only the cause of P2W (it is a huge part, dont get me wrong), but also the graphics of the game, the current world sizes and the gap between good players and new players...

When I started playing (11-12 year old kiddo), I was (even more than now) an extreme noob and I only logged in once-twice per day on my parents PC... and I still survived until a couple of villages!

Back then there were so many players that most neighbours were noobs, now (especially on this server) you can not be in an area without a decent/strong player at 5 hours noble speed, so you get nobeled. This in combination with the bad overal graphics and looks of the game it forces new players to leave the game for good after 1 try. There are so many similar strategy games out there that look way better, that is nowadays more attractive to those young kids.

This means that the newneplayer player base can not grow anymore (maybe really slightly if people get taken up by a good player or people that try again after 1 failure...), so at best it can stay even. However, the PP features, people getting older and losing time (work/kids etc) and maybe other reasons cause people to leave the game as well causing a netto loss of players which can never be prevented anymore

If the game really wants to grow again they should do huge graphical updates and add something new and unique to the game, but this exact idea is also a possible cause of current players to leave.

In summary, you cant save the game anymore... its relatively old fashioned, kids dont want to invest time in such a game (especially with this graphics, compared to 2017/2018 new game graphics) and older people are leaving because of p2w but also because of other reasons
