Of course you can.
Click settings > Share internet connection
YOU MUST BOTH DO THIS.
You cant attack at the same target or send resources to each other.

I´m not saying they are multi of yours...i think they (Mod Team) are thinking on Multi i guess...
Off course if i had a brother or a sister that wanted to play i wouldn´t like to prohibite them!

Brothers can play together from the same connection as long as they do not log into each others accounts .
