Environment Advantages suggestion

Just though up of an idea that the trees, mountains and water on the map can be a tactical advantage/disadvantage.

For example, if your village is next to trees, you spears will get a defensive boost.
Or if next to a mountain your calvary will get a defensive boost.

Just want to see what some of you think of it, I'm unsure if it would work.
Perhaps only on certain worlds?:)

It shouldn't change strength, just travel time in my opinion.

not for lc etc... and wouldn't woods near a village lower archers and mounted archers defense or attack as a shot is a lot more difficult in deep woods than open ground

I dont like the idea... it would make the fighting system too complex and would probably cause a drop in players...

its a nice idea, and i have also thought of this in the passed. But, i wouldn't like it to be enable like Spike said.
