You can click Settings at the top of the screen and then click start over, it will then ask you to enter your password to confirm.

One warning though is that it won't let you restart again without waiting two weeks after the last time you restarted.

I don't know where to post this question sorry, how do I move my premium account from casual world to incoming world 11?

Premium points are available to use on any world you register your game name on, they will already be there. Already spent premiums would not be available.
