French Community Manager position
InnoGames GmbH entertains fifty-million players from two-hundred countries, making us one of the leading game developers in the online gaming market (a sample of our games are Die Stämme, The West and Grepolis). Since our firm was founded, Innogames strives to continually expand their staff numbers and project areas. We are currently looking for a full-time Community Manager, to join our team, which has over one-hundred members, in Hamburg, Germany. The Community Manager will be interacting with our French players for the games: Tribonia and Bounty Hound Online(BHO).
The Job description:
• Build and maintain a Community
• Lead the Community’s support team
• Conduct quality assurance and game testing
• Internal and external Forum Moderation
• Networking, supporting and maintaining game and fan websites
• Use all social-media channels (facebook, Youtube, Twitter etc.)
• Competition creation and execution (Ingame and in the forum)
• Translating text from English into French
• Support the Marketing and PR team
• Collaborations with System administrators and developers
• Independent news and status announcements
Job requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken French skills (native speaker level)
• Knowledge of the French culture and mannerisms
• Above average German and English skills (Spelling, Grammer and Communication skills)
• Good knowledge of the MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience with writing and editing small texts
• Extensive knowledge of Mass Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG)
• Familiarity with Online communities and Social media channels
• You are a team player
• You have great communication skills and have fun interacting with people
• You are empathetic and have a diplomatic approach to conflict
• Independent and goal oriented work-style
• Flexibility with job tasks and availability
Preferred experience:
• Work experience with online Games and/or literary experience in the
Game industry
