Is there an official TW.us IRC channel, and, if so, what is it? If there isn't, I'm going to start one, and I'm firmly of the opinion that Carthage must be destroyed.

There's not one. .net is one of the only versions I know that use it, most use skype for team chats so have no need for IRC.
