How come some people have member by their name, and others just have junior member?
 
Junior Member and Member are title of users. If you wrote more than 30 posts, you get the title member. If you wrote less than 30 posts, you are junior member. I believe that this limit is at 30 posts...

at 30 posts you go from junior member to member
at 100 posts you go from member to senior member
I'm not sure if there are more levels because no one has reached them yet.

For standard there are only this three levels and I don't believe that the admins has changed this settings ;)

Neither are indicators of the quality of a poster. The rep system is abused like crazy and people who post just for post count are the mindless spammers.

You are not allowed to have names containing admin i them.It fools people and you can get banned from what I know.
 
well that's funny this is but I do not believe that has much difference, at least nothing I noticed until now
