Minimum number of scouts needed to survive

I always have this problem when I start a world and I can never remember how I figure out how many scouts are necessary to attack and village and get information. Can anyone tell me what the minimum amount needed is for this world? Thanks!

I believe all you need to do is send 10% of your points per village is all you need so the number will very I suppose but you can get away with 1 if you have other troops

its 5 here on active players 1 for barbs .
