Watch the announcement section of the forum.. All new worlds are announced there with the world settings. :)

Yes, but im asking if you know when (in 1 month, 2 months) + or - will start a new world.

It is not announced yet. I expect that there will not be new worlds before TW2 starts. And otherwise my expection is that a new world will release in the beginning of February.

We haven't announced it yet but it is highly likely we will have one in January. No guarantees of course.
