Those are all worthless. A good ally would leave you to the consequences of your own stupidity. A good name is meaningless. A good sticky is meaningless. Good tribemates are worth little without a good leadership.

Let me give you some tips. No one is going to take you seriously if you don't even care enough about this to give it good grammar and/or run it through a spellchecker. Also, never give a newcomer to your tribe Baron status. EVER. That's a great way to find your tribe wrecked in the morning.
