Speed World For Masters

If we guys are gonna go in for masters we do need to have some basics ideas about how to play a speed world and learn various things about it..

I know some of you might be on .net and .uk like I am but here I am mentioning the word 'MAJORITY'..In order to get a worthy speed team ready we need to run some speed worlds here..I can tell the settings and the mods just have to apply them..If we dont then basicly there's no hope for even doing good in Masters..

Secondly you guys have to learn snipe and backtime and practice these techniques which wont be possible without actually playing speed.

It isnt impossible..Thats why I said we need a speed here so as to practice :)

Yeah I agree. But just deal with it, there is no .us players and since I'm on the speed team... I know that there is not much to offer in .us ... but i think twmasters should stay around long after the tournament ends.

Instead of saying that its not impossible, How about someone tells how to do it, that would help much more then just denying it.

Next time you snipe a train from a 100+ speed. Take a screenshot then :D I'm not saying it's impossible but unless its a reasonably slow speed 99% of people ant do it.

I've only ever sniped ONE train on a speed round and the speed was 200. I can't snipe well on speed rounds.

Edit: Correction, I've only ever sniped one train that was within 2 seconds. It's not that hard if it's longer then that.

If you know how to snipe it's not impossible. Basically what you're asking is a lesson in sniping, here it is

Attack something and make sure the ms is inbetween the train and then cancel in the same period of time the second hits your vill.

Congratulations you've sniped.

I think US don't have many players to have speeds...

In Brazil speed tem members in training pratice NT with 100ms because 1 second it's easy to snipe... ;)

.br isn't that good at speed LOL.
Anyway,we should open the speed server for some 4 hour rounds practice.And sniping on speeds is really hard.Not impossible,but really hard.

we have many good players. but the award isn't good

Nothings changed, I travel around the globe, return and people are still asking for a speed world. Unless the response has changed (which I severely doubt) there will be no speed world until the server is considerably bigger.

I would think there is a next to 0 chance of having a speed server before the Masters. (Whenever that is going to be. )

There is time yet to practice before the competition , we have no confirmed details as to when the competition is . We are also still awaiting confirmation of players wishing to be considered for the team , there is no point practicing with an incomplete team. The final team only actually being decided in a selection process round, prior to the tournament starting.

If you have any desire to learn or partake in speed rounds with other team members in the meantime , arrange it through the Speed Team Forum. :)

I am willing to teach if needed. (I don't claim to be super good or anything,I just know I'm better than most of players on the team as they are mostly my friends) .
@ Matty: I'm not saying your snipe method is wrong,but be honest and say,how many times has it actually worked? :D
