Hey i think we should make speeds on us, it would draw more people to play and people would buy more pp. This is just a suggestion but i think it should happen. What do you think?

Because its not that simple. The server is not of sufficient size to have a speed server added. Just because there are several threads doesn't change the number of people the server has.

Because innogames will put a speed here when they feel its profitable to do so, due to the low # of players, it wouldn't be.

When w3 was opening,oflow said that the number of players is too small and that he'll open a speed when world there will be 5 worlds or more.The 5th world started.A lot of players want speeds.I'd play a speed round every week(minimum) and so would others.So why not opening it?

Guys the mods would want speed just as bad as us. They are players too. Its the big guys up at InnoGames who decide to have speed or not.

Our server has the same if not only a little less players than the .uk server now (how did that happen so fast, I thought we were like 1/3 the size of them), and .uk has had speed rounds for over a year and a half. If it was profitable on that server then it should be profitable to put one over here now.
It seems there might be more activity and competition on us7 so hopefully innogames decides to put a speed server here sometime before us8.

I too would love to see it. I am a huge advocate for getting one here when the time is right. When it happens, I will be one of the first to cheer.

Unfortunately, I think speed rounds were instituted on .uk when they had many, many more players. They have recorded over 150,000 more players on their server than we have, to give you a rough idea.
Whether or not it is still profitable is not something I know, therefore I can't comment on it. That would be more something to contact Innogames about, as they are the only ones who would know.

I don't remember .uk to ever have passed over 100k players in total,but if it did,it doesn't do that anymore.

399,175 players recorded (7,010 active).
69,312 tribes recorded (565 active).
748,446 villages recorded.
1,441,995 conquers recorded.
704,847 tribe changes recorded.

243,544 players recorded (5,364 active).
23,854 tribes recorded (455 active).
331,121 villages recorded.
289,299 conquers recorded.

.uk has about 1.700 active players than .us.

I am romanian,but I join .uk,.net,.pt,.es speed rounds.And so do others.So this could increase .us's popularity among bigger and smaller servers(like .lt who also doesn't have speeds).

I used to play speed rounds on many different servers. If US gets one, I'll be playing more on the US server.
I live in the US, and i almost never play the long worlds. Speed worlds make it so you dont have to be on everyday for 10 months, instead you can play a round when you have free time.
For me, I'm a very busy man, i work full time 6 days a week. When i do get a day off, i would like to be able to play. I guess ill see all of you in .uk or .net speeds them
If the USA isnt good enough to have a speed world, then screw this.
