Is it possible to have a speed 2 and unit speed 2 world? I'm playing us since us3 and have had 3 rank 1 accounts on here. If us gets nice worlds like that it would become more attractive for players from all over the world to join here. If this might work us can even open his own speed world, this can't be done now because us has a to low amount of players.

So is it possible to have a speed 2 unit speed 2 world without church?

I could be wrong but i think the best you can get is Speed 2 world with speed 1 units.
