What is central off and stories and fiction?

Have a forum tab for Premade/Co-player

And another for The Graphics

Central Off --- ???
Tribes for future worlds --- Small population, slow world generation, would just get filled with spam, as a lot of the tribes would go somewhere else.
Stories and Fiction --- Off Topic seciton.
Design --- Too small, not enough demand.
