All servers are on German Time as they are hosted in Germany.

Well, it's better than before.
I wholeheartedly thank hoodoo for doing this.
We're getting rid of the Tribal Huggers and the SimCityers, now that people are actually closer apart, even if there are a lot more empty spaces.
